Care • Consulting • Coaching

We’ve lived and gardened in South Delta for a decade and seek to support local gardens and gardeners through the following services.

MAINTAINANCE
We can take over care of your garden on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. Or we can garden alongside you and your family. We’re passionate about creating passionate plant lovers who know their plant neighbours by name.

NATIVE PLANTS
We seek to enhance your garden with the addition of appropriately selected native plants.

INCREASE BIODIVERSITY
We seek to increase plant biodiversity in your garden. With a greater range of plants, you’ll attract a great range of birds, butterflies, and other insects.

REGENERATIVE PRACTICES
We follow regenerative practices to care for your existing garden.

CREATIVE CARE
We seek to creatively and aesthetically care for your garden in ways that will nourish you, the soil, the plants, and the more-than-human inhabitants. We try to close the loop of garden inputs and outputs by using what your garden is already producing – i.e., shredding fallen leaves and using them to mulch your plants. We can explore the potential of tucking brush piles in out of the way spots to support native bees, bats, small mammals, reptiles, and amphibians.

COMPOSTING
We’re experienced in compost generation and can help you decide the best system for you and your garden.

GROW FOOD
We can help you grow your own food, right at home.

LAWN
We can take care of your existing lawn or help you explore if a lawn alternative, with low flowering plants for pollinators, would be a good fit for your garden and install it.

CHICKEN KEEPING
We are experienced chicken keepers and can help you if you’re interested in backyard chickens.

Out of care for the earth, we use only electric or hand tools
in our gardening, and as much as possible, we work locally,
servicing the communities of Ladner and Tsawwassen.
